How to order? Shipping: All in stock items will be shipped within 5-7 days. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. A physical address is necessary for delivery. If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, do not accept it from the carrier. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. You must get a claim number from the carrier for any damage claimed. We apologize but we do not accept Canadian or international orders at this time. Handcrafted Items: We feature wonderful handcrafted items designed by skilled crafts people. Some items may vary slightly In color due to variations in paint, materials or the mood of the painter; we feel this adds to the charm. With some of our items, quantities are limited. Handcrafted items may take longer for delivery. Sizes may vary somewhat. Charms and embellishments may vary according to availability. Artist reserves the right to pick and choose pieces as they see fit according to design of piece. Not included: Unless specified, candles are not included with candle holders, flowers in containers are not included, bulbs are not included unless listed, etc. We simply show you how to display our things. Guarantee: We want you to be pleased with your purchase and experience with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it to us within 10 business days for a full refund less any shipping charges. Products must be returned in their original condition. Please make sure that you have properly packaged your product to prevent damage during shipment back to us. If the merchandise you return to us arrives damaged, NO refund will be given. If you have received a damaged item from us, you must notify us by email prior to returning it. Grab bags, sale items, personalized items and special ordered items are not returnable. Orders for personalized and drop shipped items are not returnable.
